OUR PROGRAMS

Structured programs.
Measurable outcomes.

Biko offers three program tracks, each designed to address emotional patterns within specific life contexts. All programs use the Biko Method, the same structured, outcome-measured approach, adapted for the population and setting.

The populations we serve are often underserved by traditional support systems. Our programs are designed to meet them where they are.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Common questions, clear answers.

What is a a session and how long does it take?

Sessions are structured and time-limited — typically 2–4 sessions per participant, depending on the presenting pattern and program track. Sessions are not open-ended ongoing appointments. They are designed to accomplish a specific outcome in a defined number of touchpoints.

Is this therapy?

No. Traditional therapy addresses how a person feels. The Biko Method addresses why a pattern keeps repeating. These are different problems. Our sessions are structured, focused, and not designed as ongoing emotional support. We work alongside — not instead of — clinical care.

How do you measure outcomes?

Each participant is scored across four areas before and after the program: Performance Interference, Pressure Stability, Role Alignment, and Trust & Reliability. These scores are tracked over time and reported to funders and partners. See the Impact page for full methodology.

How do I refer someone to your programs?

Community organizations, social workers, educators, and case managers can submit a referral through our Partner & Referral Application Form. We'll respond within 3 business days with availability and intake next steps.

What does a community partnership looks like?

Community partnerships allow organizations to deliver Biko programs to their populations — with trained facilitators, structured scoring, and shared outcome reporting. We work with the partner to identify the right program track, delivery format, and participant volume.

How do I know if this is right for my organization?

If your organization works with populations experiencing behavioral instability, inconsistent decision-making, or difficulty maintaining progress — and if you've found that existing interventions don't create lasting change — the Biko Method may complement what you already do. We're happy to have a discovery conversation before any commitment.

Your support changes the pattern.

Every contribution funds direct program delivery for underserved individuals.
