Donations

The Biko Emotional Wellness Foundation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law, and donors receive a written acknowledgment for every gift. No part of the Foundation's net earnings inures to the benefit of any private shareholder or individual.

Governance

The Foundation is governed by its Board of Directors. All donations and program revenue are applied to charitable program delivery and Foundation operations. The Foundation uses the Biko® Method under a royalty-free license for charitable purposes.
